Covid-19 Protocols

The global pandemic has made us reinvent ourselves and what we do, so we can get back to the world of unforgettable experiences that we all hold so dear.

We have had the fortune to brainstorm and share with each other as teammates, clients, and vendors; new and inventive ideas on how to maintain safe practices and workspaces. These crucial conversations evolved into a series of protocols, products, services, and innovative ideas that will lead us forward through this crisis. The following is an outline of the systems we have implemented in response to the new world we now live in.

It should go without saying that the safety of our team members, valued clients, industry partners, and event guests is of paramount priority. We have adopted these additional guidelines to promote healthy and hygienic practices within our company and on-site at any location where we work. These guidelines were developed carefully and methodically, taking into account the guidance from the CDC and local New York health agencies. As the guidance from these groups is modified and changed we will adjust accordingly.

These policies are founded on widely adopted and common-sense procedures designed to keep our workspaces, event venues, and equipment safe and sanitary. They are also designed to ensure our team members work in a safe and healthy environment while minimizing exposure through the proper use of screening, personal protective equipment, hygiene, and social distancing. As always we welcome feedback, suggestions, and any ideas on how to improve our safety protocols.
